All-ASA partnered with Khachig Choukhajian, a Teach for Armenia fellow working in Armenia’s province of Lori, to organize the tricolor graduation cord fundraiser. The All-ASA Senate has voted to approve a donation of a portion of the profits from The Artivism fundraiser to the Armenian Lighthouse Charitable Foundation, which was established in 2009. UCLA ASA Hosts Armenian Cultural Festival

On Tuesday April 4th the Armenian Students’ Association at University of California, Los Angeles hosted their annual Cultural Festival in Bruin Plaza. The plaza was decorated with many posters telling the history and fun facts about Armenia and Armenian. UC Irvine ASA’s 5th Annual Cultural Show

On Tuesday February 22nd the Armenian Students’ Association at the University of California, Irvine hosted their 5th Annual Cultural Show. All-ASA Approves Donation to Youth Corps

The All-ASA Senate has voted to approve a donation of a portion of the profits from The Night Before Eve fundraiser to the AYF Youth Corps. Founded in 1994, the Youth Corps began as a program to send Armenian volunteers to help rebuild war-torn villages in Nagorno-Karabakh. Since then its mission has evolved to organizing youth from the diaspora to provide mentorship and counseling to impoverished children in the Republic of Armenia. For more…

Artivism: Expression, Advocacy, and Culture

Partnering with the Alpha Gamma Alpha sorority, the All-ASA will host the annual Artivism exhibit on March 10th at DSR Studios in downtown Los Angeles. Artivism will exhibit artistic, cultural, and political works from the local community. Proceeds from the event will help the Armenian Lighthouse Charitable Foundation fund and manage a women’s shelter in Yerevan. All-ASA Hosts Successful Leadership Retreat

The All-ASA held its annual Leadership Retreat at AYF Camp Big Pines. The event focused around the enduring question: How does one reform Armenia?
