All-ASA Junior Mentorship Program

Program Overview

The All-ASA Junior Mentorship Program supports Armenian high school students as they prepare for the college application process. Through this program, mentees are paired with current university student mentors who have successfully navigated competitive college application processes and can offer personalized guidance, advice, and support based on their own experiences at leading universities.

Applications are accepted on a rolling basis until October 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM PT.

Students are encouraged to apply early in order to receive the most comprehensive support throughout the application season.

Who We Are Looking For

Mentees: High school students entering their senior year.
Mentors: Current undergraduate college students.

How Matching Works

Mentor-mentee matches will be made on a rolling basis as applications are received.

Matches will be based on:

Academic interests
Intended major or career goals
Colleges or universities of interest
Type of application support needed

Once matched, mentors and mentees will receive an introduction email and are expected to schedule their first meeting within one week.

Applications Open: May 4, 2026

Rolling Matching: Matches will be made as applications are received

Final Deadline to Apply: October 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM PT

Program End: December 31, 2026
